The HESS-T-002 is a single-port serial device server featuring a 3-in-1 RS-232/485/422 interface and one 10/100Base-T(x) Ethernet port. It provides a robust solution for centralizing the management of distributed serial devices and host systems over a standard network.

This device enables bi-directional transparent data transmission between serial and Ethernet interfaces, providing legacy serial equipment with instant networking capabilities. Additionally, it functions as a versatile Modbus Gateway, supporting seamless conversion between Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP. It supports both Storage-type (Autonomous) and Non-storage (Direct) modes to optimize data polling and system response times.
