The HESC-T-005 is a high-performance RS-232 photoelectric isolator. Utilizing advanced optical isolation technology, it protects RS-232 serial interface devices from harsh environmental damage, such as ground loop voltages, surges, lightning, ESD, hot-plugging, and electromagnetic interference (EMI). This device provides an isolation voltage of up to 2,500 Vrms and a continuous peak voltage difference of 500 VDC. It effectively absorbs ESD and EMI to safeguard the port.
