The HEUS-T-033 is a universal USB to RS-485/422 converter supporting Auto-Baud rates from 300 to 128,000 bps. Designed for large-scale networking, it can connect up to 128 RS-422 or RS-485 devices. Compliant with USB and RS-485/422 standards, it converts single-ended USB signals into balanced differential RS-485 or RS-422 signals.
For superior reliability, the built-in photoelectric isolator provides up to 2,500 Vrms of isolation voltage. The series also incorporates advanced TVS (Transient Voltage Suppressor) technology, providing 1,500W of surge and lightning protection per wire. Low inter-electrode capacitance ensures high-speed transmission across all ports.
Featuring zero-latency automatic transceiver conversion and unique I/O circuitry, the device manages data flow direction without the need for handshaking signals (such as RTS or DTR). No jumper settings are required to switch between full-duplex (RS-422) and half-duplex (RS-485) modes, ensuring seamless integration across all modern communication software and interface hardware.
