The HESC-T-027 is a high-performance, photoelectric isolated converter designed for seamless integration with RS-232C, RS-422, and RS-485 standards. It efficiently converts single-ended RS-232 signals into balanced differential RS-422 or RS-485 signals. To ensure maximum system reliability, the built-in photoelectric isolator provides an isolation voltage of up to 2,500 Vrms.

Equipped with advanced Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS), the device provides robust protection for RS-485/422 interfaces. This suppression technology delivers 600W of lightning and surge protection per wire, effectively shielding the circuit from transient over-voltages caused by any external factor. Additionally, the low inter-electrode capacitance ensures high-speed, stable data transmission across all ports.

The converter supports point-to-point and point-to-multipoint communication architectures. In point-to-multipoint mode, a single converter can connect up to 32 RS-422 or RS-485 devices. It supports a wide baud rate range from 300 bps to 115.2 kbps, with integrated power and data flow LEDs to provide real-time status monitoring.
